Two questions about interview attire! ! !

I work for China Talent Network, and I happen to be doing tasks that Baidu knows about these two days. I will give you some small suggestions from my experience in campus recruitment projects.

1. Dressing issue: Don’t wear formal clothes! One word: "silly"! Don't be exaggerated in your clothing. The most important thing is to fit your body. Fit means that your clothing fits your body. It shouldn't appear too long, too short or too fat. It should be trimmed where it should be. The colors cannot be colorful, and three-color combination is the best. You can appropriately use accessories with non-eye-catching colors, such as scarves, belts, etc. It is best not to use hanging ornaments if possible. If you really like beauty, just use two small earrings. Remember to wash your face and hair, and just wear no makeup. All in all, create a clean, quiet, and stable image.

2. Don’t be impatient when communicating with the employer. Speak slowly and don’t rush to express your thoughts. Wait for the other party to finish expressing before slowly speaking out your situation or thoughts. Smiling is a must, your eyes should not sway from side to side, stare at the small area near the bags under the other person's eyes, and be able to make a thinking expression from time to time. In short, don't be artificial, be natural.

3. The resume does not need to be cumbersome to prepare, just two or three pages, but you must indicate your contact information and attach a 2-inch recent photo (if you are confident about your image). It is best to have a resume in English. The content of your resume must briefly and concisely state the achievements you have made during your studies and the work achievements and feelings you have made in social practice. Don't talk clichés or empty words.

4. At such a comprehensive job fair, most companies will have their own introduction page, from which you can get an overview of the company.

5. This kind of job fair is not an interview meeting. Generally speaking, companies come to collect resumes, and then arrange interviews, written tests, etc. through screening. Therefore, when communicating, they generally will not ask detailed questions, but you must ask the company in more detail about the position status, functions, etc. that the company is recruiting. And ask about the potential for advancement in the position you are interested in, what the company's training mechanism is, the probation period, labor relations and other information.

6. First understand the employer’s business situation and the job information posted, and then select the positions you are interested in. Then you can go straight to the topic and ask about the things I mentioned above that you are concerned about. problem. Of course, a concise and concise self-introduction is still necessary.

7. Job fairs are generally just for collecting resumes, so don’t be too hasty.
