How to operate the box pasting machine?

1 Check the work order and samples carefully, determine the glue used to paste the box and get it ready.

2. Adjust the width of the baffle of the box to be pasted, the two sides should be parallel, the semi-finished color box to be produced has just been put down, and the distance between the baffles on both sides is less than 1mm, and then adjust the limit bolt to ensure that each product to be pasted passes smoothly without fetters.

3. Adjust the slope and height of the bracket in the box to be pasted, so that the box to be pasted can move forward smoothly without fetters, and then adjust the auxiliary guide rail and wheel after pressing. So the size is suitable for the specifications of the color box to be pasted.

4. Adjust the paste box belt and the paste box guide rail, and then adjust the closing pressure of the paste box main engine and wheels, and cross fit with the belt.

5 Adjust the gluing cylinder, check whether there is enough glue in the gluing cylinder, and the amount of glue should be 80% of the rubber wheel, then adjust the gluing cylinder and gluing position.

Turn on the power switch, main motor switch and vibration switch, adjust the machine, press the "Run" or "inching" key, then press the "Feed" key to debug the machine and check whether the machine performance is abnormal. Any deviation should be corrected immediately.

7. After debugging ok, try the 5- 10 machine first, and then debug the machine speed after confirming the position and molding specifications.

Pay attention to the paper feeding state of the box when pasting the box, and don't cross the line, take off the line or misplace it, so as not to affect the appearance and molding effect of the color box.

9. First article confirmation: strictly follow the signing method of the first sample.

10 After production, clean the machine and keep it clean.

Precautions:

1 Non-captain personnel are not allowed to operate the machine, let alone fiddle with it at will. They can put their hands on the rotating parts of the machine.
