Announcement on Examination of 20 14 Institutions in Gaotang County, Shandong Province

In order to further improve the quality of cadres in public institutions in our county, optimize the personnel structure, strengthen the construction of grassroots cadres, and promote the employment of college graduates and the development of various economic and social undertakings in our county, the county party Committee and county government decided to openly recruit 256 staff members for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment

(1) has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abides by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

(2) Having good conduct and physical conditions for normal performance of duties.

(3) Those who have a full-time college degree planned by the state and apply for the exam with this degree (including college graduates trained according to document Zi [2006] 17), and college graduates who have returned from studying abroad need to apply for the exam with academic credentials issued by the national education department. If there are other requirements for the positions listed in the brochure, they shall be implemented according to its provisions.

(four) in addition to the recruitment of personnel agents and directional positions limited to high Tang nationality or high Tang students, other career positions are not limited to household registration. Gaotang nationality refers to a native of Gaotang or a permanent residence in Gaotang before September 20 15 14; If one spouse has a permanent residence in Gaotang, the other spouse can apply. Under the age of 32 (born after1September 198215th). Graduate students are under 35 years old (1born after September, 1979 15).

(5) Having qualifications such as academic qualifications and majors required by the recruitment position.

(six) the relevant provisions of the examination:

1. Graduates who are oriented or entrusted for training must obtain the consent of the oriented and entrusted training units; Graduates who have been employed or signed employment agreements must obtain the consent of the employer and the competent department. Proof materials that the unit agrees to apply for the examination shall be submitted during the qualification examination.

2. Persons who have received criminal punishment and have been expelled from public office or have been expelled from public office; Persons who have been punished with "demerit" or above during their school days and have not been revoked; Persons found to have committed fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and the open recruitment of public institutions; Full-time undergraduate students (college graduates) and full-time graduate students, active servicemen and those who are not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam.

3. Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions that should be avoided by relatives. Candidates who are husband and wife, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the employing unit are not allowed to apply for positions such as secretary, personnel, finance, discipline inspection, etc. of the person in charge of the unit, as well as positions with direct superior and subordinate leadership. Lineal blood relatives, including grandparents, parents, children, grandchildren and grandchildren; Collateral consanguinity within three generations, including uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters, cousins, nephews and nieces; Kinship, including spouse's parents, spouse's brothers and sisters and their spouses, children's spouses and their parents, and spouses of collateral blood relatives within three generations.

Second, the recruitment plan and requirements

(1) The positions (career establishment) of institutions directly under the county level are planned to recruit 5 1 person, and the applicants can be divided into four categories:

The first category: 29 people are recruited for ordinary positions, and those who meet the specific requirements of the brochure, such as academic qualifications and majors, can apply for the exam.

The second category: directional job recruitment 10. The applicants are high or high personnel recruited by Shandong Province, "selecting and transferring college graduates to work in the village", "three supports and one support" plan, "college students' volunteer service in the west" plan and those selected and transferred from Shandong Province to serve in our county. They have served for 2 years and passed the examination, and apply within 3 years (referring to 20 18)

The third category: 10 targeted job recruitment, the applicants are retired soldiers of Gaotang college graduates within 3 years after retirement (referring to 20 1 1 year -20 13 years).

Those who serve grass-roots project personnel and retired soldiers who graduated from Gaotang University within 3 years after retirement have enjoyed extra points or been recruited to positions within the establishment, and no longer enjoy preferential policies for applying for directional positions.

The fourth category: two people are recruited for directional posts, and the applicants are in compliance with the Implementation Rules of Shandong Province (Lu Tizi [2009] No.48) and the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Employment and Placement of Outstanding Retired Athletes in Liaocheng City (Lu Tizi [2065438+04]1No. With the consent of the competent department of open recruitment in colleges and universities, the position is recruited by direct examination. (2) For community posts (personnel agency), it is planned to recruit 55 people, including 45 ordinary candidates, who have the academic qualifications specified in the brochure and other specific requirements can apply; Graduates of Gaotang College will recruit 10 retired soldiers within 3 years after retirement.

(4) For the post of teacher (career establishment) in the Vocational Education Center, it is planned to recruit 10 people, and those whose academic qualifications and majors meet the specific requirements of the brochure can apply for the exam.

Among them: primary school Chinese and primary school mathematics posts are not limited to majors and teacher qualification certificates, but they must have teacher qualification certificates; Candidates who apply for other positions must study their major and obtain a teacher qualification certificate consistent with the subjects they apply for.

Except for the orientation posts of retired elite athletes, the number of applicants for other posts is less than twice that of the corresponding employment reduction plan. Candidates who have cancelled the recruitment plan can apply for other positions within the specified time if they meet the recruitment conditions of other positions.
