Can the director of the office double as cashier?

Article 37 of the Accounting Law An accounting institution shall establish an auditing system. Cashiers may not concurrently serve as auditors, keep accounting files and register income, expenditure, expenses, claims and debts.

So judging from the above regulations, the director of the office can also be a cashier, as long as he is competent, there will be no problem.
