Is Tongchuang Zhu Yue a liar?
MLM refers to the behavior that organizers or operators calculate and pay the remuneration of the developed personnel based on their direct or indirect number of personnel or sales performance, or require the developed personnel to obtain the qualification to join on the condition of paying a certain fee, so as to seek illegal interests, disrupt economic order and affect social stability. According to Article 7 of the MLM Prohibition Ordinance of the State Council,
The following acts belong to pyramid schemes
1. The organizer or operator requires the developed personnel to join other personnel through the development of personnel, and calculates and pays remuneration (including material rewards and other economic benefits, the same below) to the developed personnel based on the number of personnel directly or indirectly developed, so as to seek illegal benefits;
2. The organizer or operator requires the developed personnel to pay the fees through the development personnel, or pays the fees in disguised form by subscribing for commodities. , so as to obtain the qualification to join or develop other personnel to join and seek illegal interests;
3. The organizer or operator, through the development of personnel, requires the developed personnel to develop other personnel to join, thus forming a relationship between the upper and lower levels, and calculating and paying online rewards based on the sales performance of the lower line to seek illegal benefits.
How to tell if it is a pyramid scheme app?
Simply put, there is a basic point to distinguish whether a project is a pyramid scheme, that is, where is the profit point of this project.
Now the profit points of Internet projects are divided into:
1. Sales, in short, is selling things, such as JD.COM. COM's self-operated, Tmall, Vipshop and other e-commerce platforms, which are typical of selling things to make money, just like opening a shop on the street.
2. Technology fees, such as Alibaba Cloud and Baidu Cloud, provide services through their own technologies and collect usage fees.
3. Service fee, Didi is a typical profitable service fee. Every time you pay by car, the platform will take about 20% as the platform service fee. (In the early days of starting a business, drivers obtained higher fees than passengers through various subsidies and promoted by burning money. ) Taobao and JD.COM third parties also charge service fees, and stores have to pay a certain fee to open stores. Before opening Taobao, the most basic function is only tens of dollars a month to ensure the normal operation of your store. If you want a cooler interface and features, you need to buy them extra.
4. Advertising fees, many platforms need this income, and even many projects rely on this to make money. JD.COM and Taobao can advertise their stores by ranking high and recommending their home pages, and Baidu and Google also have a lot of advertisements (Google has a monopoly position in the advertising industry of search engines, so you can't even think about that profit).
5. Cash flow, cash pool and Alipay are typical cash flow models. The money flowing out of Alipay every day is the envy of the four major banks. What do you mean? * * * At the beginning, the profit point of enjoying bicycles was the cash pool, and the use fee of one yuan at a time was far from enough for operating costs. Of course, if * * * enjoys the normal operation of bicycles, the first use fee will be greatly increased to ensure the basic operating costs, and the surplus is the profit and the fund pool (deposit).
6. Drainage, WeChat and QQ are free. Their profit point is advertising on the one hand, and drainage for other projects on the other. Most of Tencent's games, if not WeChat and QQ, almost no one will play.
(All the projects I have contacted can't escape these six points. There must be other ways to make profits, which we ordinary people basically won't contact. )
If you find the profit point of this project from these six points, then you should also estimate whether this profit point can support the expenditure of this project. For example, Didi subsidized a lot of money in the early stage, but think about it carefully. If users are used to it, even if the platform charges a service fee of 10%, the daily traffic and profits of so many users in the country are considerable. Before Didi, it was announced that the average per order was 22%. Think about how much money it made (Didi Financial Report said that it lost/kloc-0.09 billion last year, just look at it. I estimated the revenue of Didi in another answer before, at least more than 50 billion, and the driver subsidy11300 million. So where is the remaining 30 billion? Hehe)
Closer to home, if you find that the profit in the later period of this project is seriously insufficient, you can't afford the subsidies in the earlier period, and you are encouraged to bring your friends with you, then it goes without saying that MLM is beyond doubt.
