1. Applicants and conditions

(1) Applicants

2. Registration method

(1) Registration time: Registration time is from September 1st to 4th, 2009 (*** four days), from 8:30 am every day -12:00, 2:30--5:00 pm. In order to facilitate management, registration will be carried out in phases and in batches according to the town (street) where the household registration is located. The specific arrangements are as follows:

September 1st: Wanjiang, Hengli, Shipai, Qishi, Xiegang, Zhangmutou, Shatian, Songshan Lake;

September 2: Dongcheng, Gaobu, Shijie, Dongkeng, Qiaotou, Daojiao, Zhongtang, Houjie, Dalingshan;

(3) Registration requirements

On-site registration is adopted. In accordance with the published recruitment conditions and requirements, applicants must bring their household registration book, ID card, and family planning certificate (which can be issued by the village committee or the family planning department at the town level where the household registration is located. Applicants from urban families and poor rural families who enjoy the national minimum living security allowance are exempted from paying examination registration and physical examination fees. Applicants who meet the conditions for exemption from examination fees should bring relevant certification materials to go through the exemption procedures when registering on site. Applicants from urban families who enjoy the national minimum living allowance must submit the certificate of enjoying the minimum living allowance and minimum guarantee (copy) issued by the civil affairs department of the county (district, city) where their family is located. 3. Recruitment Procedures

1. Written test. The written examination will be held in the form of a closed book examination on the morning of September 19 (Saturday). The written test subject is the Administrative Vocational Aptitude Test, which mainly tests the candidate's ability to engage in administrative work. The specific time and location of the written test shall be as listed on the admission ticket.

After the written test, candidates will be ranked according to the order of their written test scores, and the candidates for the interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:1.5 to the number of positions to be recruited. The candidates' written test scores and the list of interviewees will be announced to the public through announcements on the public website of the Dongguan Municipal People's Government () and the Dongguan Police Network ().

2. Interview. Each unit forms several interview groups based on the number of people shortlisted for interviews in the unit. Each interview group shall have no less than seven examiners (including one chief examiner, who will be invited to send personnel from the town and street organization personnel office, discipline inspection and other relevant departments to participate).

The interview examiner team will further examine the candidate's comprehensive analysis ability, planning and organizational ability, adaptability, verbal expression ability, personal image and manners, etc. in the form of an interview, give objective evaluation opinions on the evaluation results, and conduct quantitative scoring. The interview time and location will be notified separately. The examination questions for the written examination and interview are entrusted by our bureau to the Guangdong Provincial Examination Bureau to formulate uniform questions.

3. Physical examination. Shortlisted candidates for interview are required to take a physical examination before taking up the job. In addition to height and vision, the physical examination standards are based on the Ministry of Public Security's "Physical Examination Items and Standards for the Recruitment of People's Police Forces by Public Security Agencies". The items are: liver function, hepatitis B two and a half, chest fluoroscopy, and urine routine. , electrocardiogram, etc. The time, location, specific list of participants and physical examination precautions will be notified later.

4. Determine the candidates to be hired. Based on the proportion of written examination accounting for 70% and interview accounting for 30%, the total personal score is obtained, the ranking is ranked from high to low according to the total score, and the candidates to be recruited are determined according to the number of positions to be recruited.

5. Political review. Civilian personnel to be recruited must undergo political review by the public security organ in the place where their registered permanent residence is located, and must sign their opinions on the political review form and affix their official seal.

6. Public announcement. Those who do not meet the requirements in the physical examination or political examination will not be admitted. The vacant places will be filled from the unsuccessful list according to the applied position and the overall score from high to low. Those who pass the physical examination and political examination will be announced on the bulletin board of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Public Security Bureau. Officially start work after completing relevant procedures.

7. Sign the contract. The employer will sign the "Dongguan Municipal Public Security Bureau Civilian Labor Contract" with the recruited personnel in accordance with the provisions of the "Labor Contract Law".

4. Other related matters

1. The wages and benefits of civilian personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the "Dongguan Municipal Public Security Bureau Civilian Employees' Salary Management (Trial) Measures".

2. Civilian personnel are issued uniform work badges and uniforms.

3. Civilian staff must arrange their own accommodation.

4. The daily management of civilian personnel shall be carried out by the employer in accordance with the "Interim Measures for the Daily Management of Civilian Personnel of Dongguan Public Security Bureau".
