Fragment teaching (100 points). The content of "segment teaching" will be determined by drawing lots. Candidates participating in the interview will enter the lesson preparation room one by one in the order of drawing lots according to their professional positions to write the teaching design. The lesson preparation time is 30 minutes. After completing the lesson preparation, students will enter the interview room of the corresponding subject in sequence for fragmented teaching. The fragmented teaching time is 10 minutes.

For subjects with a large number of candidates, some candidates will be interviewed in the afternoon according to the order number of the candidates' drawing, and candidates must wait for the interview in the designated waiting room. When counting interview scores, the average score obtained after removing the highest score and the lowest score is used as the candidate's interview score (retaining two decimal places).

Applicants must have an interview score of 60 points or above. Those who fail to reach 60 points will be deemed to have failed the interview.
