1, CNC talent market demand In developed countries, CNC machine tools have been widely used. There is a big gap between China's manufacturing industry and international advanced industrial countries, and the numerical control rate of machine tools is less than 2%. At present, a limited number of CNC machine tools (mostly imported products) in China have not been fully utilized. There are many reasons, among which the lack of CNC talents is undoubtedly one of the main reasons. Because numerical control technology is the most typical and widely used mechatronics technology, China urgently needs a large number of technical talents at all levels from research and development to use and maintenance.

2, the demand for CNC talents is mainly concentrated in the following enterprises and regions:

Large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, especially military enterprises with good economic benefits and major national equipment manufacturing enterprises. Military manufacturing industry is the main application object of numerical control technology in China. Hangzhou power generation equipment factory can't recruit CNC operators with a monthly salary of 6000 yuan.

3, the knowledge structure of numerical control talents:

At present, there are two main sources of CNC talents in the production line: first, graduates majoring in mechatronics or CNC technology application in universities, higher vocational schools and secondary vocational schools are very young, with different levels of basic theoretical knowledge of English, computer application, mechanical and electrical, and certain practical ability, and are easy to accept the challenges of new jobs.

Suitable for organizing training in secondary vocational schools. There is a great market demand for this kind of personnel, and they are suitable to be CNC machine tool operators in the workshop. But because of its simple knowledge, its salary will not be very high;

Gray collar layer: CNC programmer: master the knowledge of CNC machining process and CNC machine tool operation, master the professional knowledge of complex mold design and manufacturing, and master three-dimensional CAD/CAM software, such as uc and ProE. Proficient in numerical control manual and automatic programming technology; Suitable for higher vocational and undergraduate schools to organize training. Suitable for CNC programmers in factory design department and process department. This kind of personnel is in great demand, especially in the mold industry. The treatment is also higher;

Maintenance personnel of CNC machine tools: master the mechanical structure and electromechanical debugging of CNC machine tools, master the operation and programming of CNC machine tools, and be familiar with the characteristics of various CNC systems, software and hardware structures, PLC and parameter settings. Proficient in electromechanical debugging and maintenance of CNC machine tools. It is suitable for engineers and technicians in the equipment department of the factory. The demand for such personnel is relatively small, but it is very difficult to train such personnel, which requires a wide range of knowledge structure, strong ability to adapt to CNC-related work, and a lot of practical experience accumulation. At present, it is very scarce and the treatment is high.
