6. According to the basic qualifications stipulated in the open recruitment system of public institutions, one of the following circumstances will not be included in the scope of this recruitment:

(1) active servicemen and those who have been civil servants for less than 5 years (including probation period);

(2) Full-time college students (non-fresh graduates in 2023) cannot apply; Undergraduate and graduate students (non-fresh graduates in 2023) who study full-time in full-time colleges and universities cannot apply for the obtained academic qualifications and degree certificates;

(3) Suspected of violating discipline and law is being examined by discipline inspection and supervision organs or judicial organs, and no conclusion has yet been reached, and the punishment period is less than April 2023 13.
