What does Suzhou Metro Advanced Class mean?

Advanced classes are generally divided into two types:

Rest: I go to work for 24 hours the first morning, get off work the next morning, and then rest on the third and fourth days.

Do two breaks: go to work the first morning, get off work at night, go to work the next night, get off work the third morning and rest the fourth day.

They all take four days as a cycle and are not affected by holidays and weekends, so they are called senior classes.
