(5) Application age: above 18 years old, junior college graduates below 26 years old (born after March 16, 1990), undergraduate graduates below 28 years old (born after March 16, 1988) , master's degree candidates are under 30 years old (born after March 16, 1986), and doctoral candidates are under 32 years old (born after March 16, 1984).
