1. Review the qualifications of the interviewer. According to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of people entering the qualification review 1:3, the candidates for qualification review are determined in turn according to the written test scores from high to low. Interview candidates who are vacant due to candidates' abstention or unqualified qualification review shall be replenished according to the number of vacancies from high score to low score.
The interviewer is very determined. Among the candidates who have participated in the unified written test in the province and passed the qualification review, according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters to the number of people entering the interview 1:3, the interviewers are determined according to the written test scores from high to low. If the required proportion is not reached, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number. If the interviewer's final written test scores are tied, all the tied candidates are determined as interviewers.
3. The passing line of the interview is 70 points (100 points), and the interview score must reach the passing line or above before participating in the physical examination, inspection and employment.
Achievement calculation
1. The total score is calculated according to the proportion of written test score (including extra points, converted into 100) accounting for 40% and interview score (100) accounting for 60%.
2. Same score determination. If the total scores of two or more candidates in the same position are the same, the candidates to be hired shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low; If the total score is the same as the written test score, the candidate to be hired shall be determined from high score to low score according to the written test professional knowledge score; If the total score, written test scores and written test professional knowledge scores are the same, an additional test interview will be conducted, and the candidates will be determined from high score to low score according to the additional test interview results.
