1, new project

It is divided into 9 industrial projects, 12 infrastructure projects, and 1 social livelihood projects, among which infrastructure projects include Pingle-Lipu Highway, Baise-Meng Ping Highway (Baise-Napo Section), Quanzhou (Xiangguijie)-Rongxian (Yueguijie) parallel line, SDIC Qinzhou Power Plant Phase III Project, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Station South Dengshanling Wind Power Project and other energy projects.

Among the newly started industrial projects, Nanning Aluminum-based New Materials Industrial Park, Li Andong U Valley Liuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park and Guangxi Dongrong New Energy and New Materials Industrial Base were selected.

2. In terms of continuing construction projects.

It is divided into 15 industrial projects, 2 infrastructure projects and 2 social and livelihood projects. Among them, Nanning invested in Jiangnan Electronic Science Park Project, China-ASEAN Smart City Demonstration Industrial Park, China ASEAN Guilin Guanyang Outdoor Ice and Snow Tourism Training Base, China-Thailand Chongzuo Industrial Park International Capacity Cooperation Base Project and other industrial projects were selected.

3. Preparatory projects

It is divided into 56 industrial projects, 24 infrastructure projects, 2 social livelihood projects and 3 eco-environmental protection projects. Among them, Nanning Dover Joint Creation Advanced Equipment Industry Base Project (Phase I), Baoshan Bamboo Products Science and Technology Park of Guilin New District International Bamboo and Rattan Industry Science and Technology Park, Guangxi Sanhe Liubao Tea Ecological Industrial Park, Beihai Intelligent Prefabricated Vegetables and Processed Food Deep Processing Project with an annual output of 45,000 tons, and dongxing city Beilun River Sino-Vietnamese Cultural Rehabilitation Project were selected.

Standards for major projects:

1. Major national engineering projects are generally included in the national key investment plan. Projects with huge investment and extremely long construction period are all invested or participated by the central government and belong to major national construction projects, such as the Three Gorges Project. Although some of them are not included in the national key investment plan, the investment amount is not huge.

But the projects with great influence are also major national construction projects, such as the National Grand Theatre project. There are also some projects invested by local governments, but the investment is huge and has a wide impact, such as the Asian Games project, which is mainly invested by the Beijing Municipal Government. The investment plan is approved by the state and also belongs to major national construction projects.

2. Major local projects refer to major engineering facilities such as railways, highways, ports, airports and tracks that are invested and built by local governments or non-governmental organizations and are conducive to local economic and social development. They may not compare with national major projects in terms of investment and construction period, but compared with other local projects, local major projects are larger in volume and proportion, and are more valued and supported by local governments.
