1. Scope of subsidy

2. Determination method

(1) Identification

(2) Recognition of years of service

(3) Review and Certification Procedure

1. 4. 3. Subsidy standards

A one-time fixed pension subsidy and medical subsidy will be provided to qualified retired rural doctors. Among them, the one-time fixed subsidy for pension insurance is used for individual insurance premiums, with a standard subsidy of 600 yuan for each year of service; the medical subsidy is a monthly subsidy of 10 yuan for each year of service, and is paid monthly.

IV. Insurance participation and payment methods

(1) Persons who meet the conditions for participating in the basic pension insurance for urban and rural residents.

(3) Persons who meet the conditions for participating in pension insurance for over-age persons.

The social insurance agency will distribute pension benefits on a monthly basis. (5) Those who have moved their household registration outside the city and have not participated in Chongqing Urban and Rural Pension Insurance are eligible for subsidies. The people's government of the original place of residence is responsible for issuing pension subsidies and medical subsidies to the individual in one lump sum, of which the medical subsidies are calculated based on the remaining 12 years of life.

5. Funding Guarantee

(1) The people's governments of various districts and counties (autonomous counties) are responsible for providing pension and medical subsidy funds for rural doctors who have left their jobs. The Municipal Finance Bureau will provide a one-time subsidy based on the financial situation of the district or county (autonomous county).

(2) One-time fixed subsidy fund. District and county (autonomous county) financial departments must allocate the required funds to social insurance agencies in a timely manner. After the funds are in place, the social insurance agency will transfer the funds that should be credited to the personal account to the corresponding personal account in a timely manner; and the funds that should be issued to the individual will be cashed in time.

6. Work Requirements
