Boldly carry out supervision over the quantity, quality, grain rotation and funds of the entrusted warehouses in the jurisdiction. The procedure and direction of the work have been clarified, and the working ability has been improved accordingly. A clear working idea has been formed in the specific work, and the work can be carried out smoothly and the job can be completed skillfully.

2. I fulfilled my mission, completed the inventory safety management during the establishment of xx Branch, cooperated with the personnel recruitment and training, and participated in the "Autumn Grain and Oil Survey" of xx Branch.

according to the decision of the Committee of our warehouse, the former xx National Grain Reserve (Northern Storage Area) was drafted as a sub-warehouse of our warehouse in April this year. In order to ensure the recruitment of xx sub-warehouse personnel and the property safety of the warehouse during the collection period, four comrades including me were sent to the warehouse for a long time. As a staff member entrusted with storage, this time, the resident is mainly responsible for the food safety of the storage and cooperating with the recruitment and training of the sub-storage personnel.

1. The storage safety of 11,5 tons of central grain reserves was ensured during the establishment of the sub-warehouse. During the establishment of the sub-warehouse, it was in the rainy season. Because all the warehouses in the warehouse were old-fashioned houses, leakage prevention became the focus of work. 2. Cooperate with the recruitment and training of sub-warehouse personnel. It took more than two months for the sub-library to be drawn up and officially listed. In the past two months, in order to make the recruitment of sub-warehouse personnel in an open, fair and just manner and ensure the recruitment of high-quality personnel, under the leadership of the recruitment working group, I cooperated with the recruitment work and did what I should do for the successful completion of the recruitment work.

In the past year, I haven't transmitted a document by fax machine, and all my work has been done through the network, timely and accurately transmitting the superior documents, the documents issued by our library and the relevant documents and statements of various storage points to each other.

5. While doing a good job in measurement, we strive to do a good job in entrusted storage supervision. Although there are many jobs, the quality of work has not changed.

In July this year, Curry made a post adjustment, and I changed from a single supervisor position to a measurement and supervisor position.

with more posts, the workload has increased accordingly. Because this year's weighbridge house is a process operation, I didn't study before taking over. I just took over, and I feel particularly troublesome for the process operation, and I have no idea about the new procedures, especially the entry and inquiry of bills, and I feel particularly stressed. How to adapt to new tasks has become a problem for me, but I am a person who is good at accepting new things. In order to adapt myself as soon as possible, I made the measurement work formal in the shortest time by consulting people and actively learning.

I love my job, I can treat every job correctly and seriously, I am enthusiastic about serving everyone, I strictly abide by labor discipline, I guarantee attendance on time, the attendance rate is high, I use my working time effectively, I stick to my post, and I will work overtime if I need to work overtime to ensure that my work can be completed on time. I have given up nearly 2 rest days for many years. Make a personal work plan before starting work, and finish all the work in a timely manner with priority, so as to achieve the expected effect, complete the work with good quality and quantity, and have high work efficiency. At the same time, I have learned a lot in my work and exercised myself. Through unremitting efforts, my work level has made great progress and created a new situation in my work.

But I also have the following shortcomings: First, people who are straightforward and quick-talking, under any circumstances, will openly express their views, which must be noted; Second, strong personality, perfect work requirements, progress in work requirements, will not be a low-key person, which is bound to accept the sword; Third, there is little communication with colleagues, and I don't like to participate in mass activities. I like to be alone and quiet, and I don't actively communicate with others. I am a gregarious and unsociable person, and I should work hard to improve this aspect.
