How do you know that the cast is recruiting new people and going to audition?

Regular crews go directly to art colleges or actors colleges to recruit new people, usually after on-site auditions or interviews.

The crew is a creative team, composed of directors, actors, lighting, audience seats, field notes and so on. Domestic production crews are composed of producers (investors), who accept the scripts of screenwriters, appoint directors and producers, consider and draft actors, and set the production crew system according to the actual needs of the production crew.

The general crew organization is as follows:

Director group: director, deputy director, executive director, field note;

Production team: production director, on-site production, life production, outreach production, producer, overall planning and finance;

Audience sitting group: director audience sitting, assistant audience sitting and audience sitting;

Photography group: photographer, deputy photographer, photography assistant, mechanic, lighting engineer, lighting assistant;

Art group: chief artist, assistant artist, art assistant, clothing, props, makeup and other groups;

Recording group: there are sound engineers and sound engineers.
