What is the reason for the "out of control" phenomenon of crusher and how to solve it?

Shanghai Shan Mei Mining Machine suggests that you do the following, which can effectively reduce the phenomenon of "overspeed".

(1) When the crusher is running, a lot of heat will be generated between the transmission parts. Under normal circumstances, heat will be released through the heat exchanger, thus realizing the heat balance of the system. If the heat generated by the system is too large, which exceeds the cooling capacity of the cooler, or the cooler has problems, it will reduce the heat exchange efficiency and break the heat balance.

When the oil temperature continues to rise, the oil film strength decreases, dry friction occurs, and even burns occur in sliding contact parts such as bowl bearings, vertical sleeves, taper sleeves and shaft sleeves. Therefore, the shaft is locked between the taper sleeve and the main shaft, resulting in "out of control". Sometimes the oil supply is interrupted due to the fault of the thin oil system, and the interlock protection of the pressure relay does not play a role, so the sliding contact parts will be burned quickly and seriously, accompanied by serious "flying". This is a very dangerous situation. If it is not stopped in time, the consequences will be very serious.

(2) The installation gap between the spindle and the taper sleeve is too small, or the cone sinks and the gap becomes smaller due to the long-term wear of the bowl bearing, resulting in additional load between the taper sleeve and the spindle, greatly increasing the contact stress, destroying the oil film and causing "runaway".

(3) The cylindrical surface of the spindle is seriously worn, and even grooves with different depths appear, which makes the contact between the shaft and the taper sleeve worse and causes "runaway".

Practice shows that no matter what kind of "runaway", cone sleeve burns will occur, and most of the burns occur on the thin side of eccentric sleeve, and most of them occur in the length range of 1/4 from the upper opening. It can be said that the birthplace of the "out of control" accident is between the spindle and the anchor sleeve.

(4) There are few contact points between the taper sleeve and the spindle, and the gap between the crushed materials of the crusher is "runaway", which actually still belongs to idling. If it cannot be pressed down after feeding, the rotation speed of the spindle will be out of control.

(5) The taper sleeve cracked in operation, the contact surface with the spindle became smaller, and the oil film was destroyed, thus "flying" due to the sharp increase of dry friction temperature.

(6) When the taper sleeve is running, due to the action of non-broken objects (over-iron), the load is too large, and the zinc is dumped, which causes the taper sleeve to move, and the gap between the spindle and the taper sleeve becomes smaller, resulting in "runaway".
