Responsibilities and tasks of on-site project manager for aluminum alloy doors and windows

Mainly responsible for on-site construction, with absolute leadership in the construction site, and able to reasonably arrange and adjust the funds, materials and labor on site according to the specific construction progress of the project.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

Coordinate with the owner and civil engineering to prepare for construction; Coordinate the progress of various departments within the company and be responsible for the construction progress of the installation quality of this project;

Participate in the on-site coordination meeting, keep records and solve problems;

The supervision engineer shall jointly work out the site installation plan and report the site situation to the general manager in writing on a regular basis.
