Announcement on Open Recruitment of Staff in Fujian Youth Science and Technology Activity Center and Institutions

Fujian Youth Science and Technology Activity Center is a department-level institution under the financial appropriation of Fujian Association for Science and Technology. Our unit organizes young athletes from our province to participate in the International Science and Engineering Grand Prix (ISEF) organized by American science and public organizations every year. In the early stage, people who are familiar with English need to contact the organizer, translate and fill in relevant materials. Every year, the popular science English summer camp for middle school students in Fujian Province needs personnel familiar with English to organize and manage and communicate with foreign teachers. Therefore, it is planned to openly recruit an English professional and technical personnel from public institutions. According to the Interim Measures for Examination of Open Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Institutions in Fujian Province, the specific recruitment plan is as follows:

1. Basic conditions

II. Recruitment position, number and conditions

Position: 1 English translator

Bachelor degree or above in full-time English major. The national college English major tem8-8 has achieved good results, and has a post certificate of English interpreter above intermediate level issued by the provincial and ministerial level. He is under 3 years old (born after January 1, 1978) and has a household registration in Fujian Province.

III. Registration

This exam adopts online information release and on-site registration.

3. Registration method:

(1) I register in the central office with my ID card or household registration book, education background, degree, English professional level examination certificate, original and photocopy of intermediate or above post certificate of English interpretation issued by the provincial and ministerial level, and three recent one-inch glossy photos, and fill in the Registration Form for Examinations of Candidates in Public Institutions (which can be downloaded from Fujian Personnel Network).

(2) If you can't register at the site, send your ID card or household registration book, education background, degree, English professional level examination certificate, a copy of intermediate or above post certificate of English interpreter issued by the provincial and ministerial level, three recent one-inch glossy photos and the Registration Form for Examinations of Candidates in Public Institutions to the central office.

(3) Personnel with work units need to obtain the written consent of the unit before they can register.

4. Qualification examination:

Register and summarize the applicants, examine the qualifications of the applicants, put forward a list of qualified personnel, report to the Personnel Department of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology for examination and determination, and issue an admission ticket to those who pass the qualification examination. The above-mentioned documents are verified before the written test. If any fraud is found, the examination qualification will be cancelled.

IV. Exams

(1) Written examination for English majors

Written examination organized by the Provincial Association for Science and Technology (9: -1: 3 a.m. on November 7th, the location will be notified separately). Written examination contents: Listening, shorthand, reading and translation tests will be conducted in combination with comprehensive quality tests such as professional ability and professional ethics. The total score of written test is 1.

(II) Interview

Among the candidates who have passed the professional written test (with a total score of 1 points), the top three are determined from high score to low score, and they will participate in the interview organized by the personnel department of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and those who are insufficient will be determined according to the actual number.

3. Interview form: structured evaluation;

4. interview content: moral cultivation, personal quality, ability, language expression, post professional knowledge, etc.

5. Pass the interview score: 6 points

Professional examination scores account for 6% of the total score, and interview scores account for 4% of the total score. The candidates for physical examination and assessment shall be selected from those who have passed the professional examination and interview according to the ranking order of total scores.

Those who do not attend the medical examination on time shall be deemed to have given up their qualification.

VI. Handling employment procedures

(1) The candidate to be hired shall be publicized on Fujian Personnel Network (www.fjrs.gov.cn) for not less than 7 days.

(2) if the publicity results do not affect the employment, the employing unit shall sign a contract with the employed personnel according to the relevant regulations and go through the contract registration procedures.
