(6) Interview: The interview consists of two parts: class and comprehensive quality defense, with a total score of 100, 80 points in class and 20 points in defense. If the interview score is less than 60 points, it will be unqualified and will not be accepted or replenished. The interview score accounts for 70% of the total score. (7) Physical examination: Those who pass the interview will be given a physical examination according to the ratio of 1: 1. The physical examination is jointly organized by the County People's Social Security Bureau and the County Education Bureau. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Those who fail the medical examination will not be replenished. If the total scores of candidates are the same, the interview scores of candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores. (8) Political examination and publicity: For candidates who pass the written examination, interview and physical examination, the county people's social security bureau and the county education bureau jointly organize political examination. (9) Employment: those who have no objection after the expiration of the publicity period shall go through the employment procedures after being approved by the county party committee and county government.
