The assessment methods are divided into direct assessment, structured interview, trial teaching and practical operation. The education post adopts micro-class, with a lesson preparation time of 30 minutes/person and a class time of 10 minute/person; Other classes use structured interviews, and the interview time is 10 minute/person.

Range of interview scores. The interview score is based on a percentage system. The interview score range is 25 points, and the initial score is 70 points, that is, the score is between 7095 partitions. For questions such as refusal to answer in the interview and major intellectual errors, the chief judge will convene a panel of judges to discuss and score below the initial score as appropriate.

Interview results. Take the method of calculating the average score. That is, the highest score and the lowest score of each group of judges are subtracted and divided by the number of effective judges (rounded to two decimal places), which is the interview score of candidates. Those who did not attend the interview and scored below 70 points (excluding 70 points) will not be hired.

Ranking of interview results. Rank according to the principle of interview results from high to low. If the finalists score the same, they will be sorted from high score to low score according to the total interview score of the candidates (that is, the sum of the interview scores of the judges). When the total score of the jury group is still the same, the candidates will be ranked from high to low according to the lowest score of the seven scores given by the jury group. The interview results and ranking will be announced separately on the portal website of Jiahe County People's Government.

Other matters. The interviewee will be reimbursed for the maximum one-way travel expenses with valid bills, 400 yuan. Those who give up signing in the shortlisted interview will not be reimbursed.
