Article 16 of Decree No.564 of the State Council stipulates that citizens of China who have reached the age of 18, are in good health and have a junior high school education or above may apply for a security guard certificate and engage in security services. Application conditions

China citizens who have reached the age of 18, are in good health, have good conduct, have a junior high school education or above, and have passed the examination for security guards, without the circumstances specified in Article 17 of the Regulations.
