The recruitment target is the fresh graduates of national colleges and universities in 2023 (including college graduates who have not implemented their work units during the two-year career selection period, excluding all kinds of entrusted students and orientation students). Candidates must obtain a diploma when they graduate, and the professional requirements for the post are the majors corresponding to the highest academic qualifications obtained by the applicants. Students in Beijing refer to applicants who already have permanent residence in Beijing, excluding collective residence in Beijing universities.

Overseas students can apply for qualified positions according to their own conditions, and overseas students who have permanent residence in Beijing can apply for positions in Beijing; Overseas students who do not have permanent residence in Beijing can apply for work outside Beijing if they meet the requirements for employment and settlement in Beijing stipulated by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
