Can I fish in Shatou River in Yangzhou?

You can't. According to the document issued by Yangzhou Municipal People's Government, Shatou River belongs to the four national aquatic germplasm reserves of the Yangtze River in Yangzhou, and fishing is prohibited. Yangzhou, known as Guangling, Jiangdu and Weiyang in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city and a second-class big city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, located in the middle of Jiangsu Province, where the Yangtze River meets the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.
