In order to supplement the staff of public institutions in our city, according to the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Gansu Province (No.20 1 1), it is decided to openly introduce a group of urgently needed talents to public institutions in cities and counties (districts) through research. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, introduce quotas.
This time, 62 people were introduced from 52 positions in institutions in Longnan, including 38 people in municipal institutions and 24 people in county (district) institutions. By industry, there are 0/2 people in Party-mass related institutions and 50 people in government related institutions. See attachment 1 for the job introduction plan.
Second, the introduction conditions
(1) basic conditions
1. Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, abide by national laws and regulations, have good political and ideological quality, and have good conduct;
2. Excellent academic performance and professional knowledge suitable for the post;
3 physical and mental health, with normal physical conditions to perform their duties.
(2) Education and age requirements
1. Persons who have a doctorate in general higher education (part-time doctoral degree in general higher education must graduate from 20 19 or above) and are under 40 years of age.
2. Persons who have a master's degree in general higher education (part-time master's degree in general higher education must be graduated from 20 19 or above) and are under the age of 35;
3. Persons with full-time undergraduate degrees and under the age of 30 who are "first-class universities to build universities" and "first-class disciplines to build universities".
4. You can also apply for a master's degree in the same major. See Annex 1 for the specific requirements of academic qualifications and majors. The age calculation deadline is April 20, 2022.
(3) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not be introduced.
1. Having received criminal punishment and been dismissed from public office;
2. The punishment period or the affected period;
3. It is found that there are serious violations of discipline such as fraud in the civil service examinations at all levels and the recruitment of public institutions;
4. Non-fresh graduates, active servicemen, and on-the-job personnel of municipal administrative institutions (including various project personnel such as "three supports and one support" and joining villages and clubs);
5. Other circumstances in which laws and regulations prohibit employment.
Third, introduce the procedure.
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time. From April 2 1 Sunday to May 20, 2022, at 8: 30 am-12: 00 am, and in the afternoon 14:30- 18:00 am (except statutory holidays and weekends).
2. Registration method. Registration is conducted by combining on-site registration and online registration. Each candidate is limited to one post, and party member and government officials are not allowed to register repeatedly.
(1) Dangdangkou institution: register in the Organization Department of Longnan Municipal Committee (Room 633, Area A, Unified Office Building, Dongjiang Town Administrative Center, Wudu District). To register online, you need to send the required materials to lnrcb@ 163.com at 0939-82 13685.

3. Application materials. On-site applicants must hold graduation certificate (including electronic registration record form), degree certificate, registration card, original and photocopy of ID card, Application Form for Talent Introduction of Institutions in Longnan City in 2022 (Annex 2), and electronic version of recent 2-inch bareheaded blue background color photos (JPG format). In addition to the above materials, overseas students should also provide overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the Ministry of Education. Graduates in 2022 (excluding international students) are required to provide proof materials (stamped with the official seal of the institution) that the graduate institution agrees to register. The materials must include basic information such as name, education background, degree, major, graduation time and opinions on whether you can graduate on time. Online applicants should create a folder named "applicant's name+postal code", such as Wang XX(A00 1). This folder contains color scanned copies of all materials submitted by on-site applicants, of which Annex 2 must be provided in electronic version.
4. Qualification examination. After the registration, the organization department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau will conduct the preliminary qualification examination respectively, and then the organization department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau will conduct the qualification review together with the competent departments and employers. In the process of registration, qualification examination, interview examination, inspection and physical examination, and publicity examination and approval, if the applicant's major, education and age do not meet the requirements, his qualification for introduction will be cancelled.
(2) Interview evaluation
1. If you apply for a municipal institution, the competent department and the employer will form an interview assessment team; To apply for county (district) institutions, the county (district) organizations, human and social departments, together with the competent departments and employers, form an interview assessment group. The interview plan is formulated by the interview assessment team and submitted to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for review and filing before the interview.
2. The interview assessment team should comprehensively assess and score the candidates' professional abilities and personal qualities, and determine the candidates to be investigated from high to low according to the assessment results.
3. Those with an interview assessment score of 80 or above are qualified; The score below 80 is unqualified and cannot be used as an inspection candidate.
4. The time and place of interview assessment will be notified separately.
(3) Investigation
The competent department and the employing unit shall form an investigation team of two or more persons, and the team members of the competent department and the employing unit shall be the team leaders. Those who fail to pass the inspection will be disqualified. Vacancies caused by cancellation of import qualification or abandonment of import qualification shall be filled in equal amount from qualified personnel according to interview results from high to low. If there is no substitute, the job introduction will be cancelled.
(4) Physical examination and publicity
For qualified personnel, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau will organize a unified physical examination. Physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of civil service physical examination. Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified, and qualified personnel will be replenished according to the interview results from high to low. If there is no substitute, the job introduction will be cancelled. After the physical examination, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, together with the competent department and the employing unit, will make a comprehensive evaluation according to the qualification examination, interview assessment, inspection and physical examination, determine the list of personnel to be introduced, and report it to the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Introduction of Longnan City. The list of personnel to be introduced will be publicized on Longnan Municipal People's Government and other platforms for 5 working days. If the problems reflected during the publicity period are introduced after verification, the qualification for introduction will be cancelled. Vacancies that occur after the expiration of the publicity period will not be filled.
(5) Employment
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the office of the Leading Group for the Introduction of Talents of Longnan City Institutions will submit the list of personnel to the Leading Group for the Introduction of Talents of Longnan City Institutions for examination and approval, and submit it to the executive meeting of the municipal government for examination and approval. After being examined and approved by the executive meeting of the municipal government, it shall go through the employment procedures of public institutions, sign employment contracts and arrange on-the-job work in accordance with relevant regulations. Graduates of the class of 2022 will arrange jobs after obtaining diplomas and degree certificates. If the graduation certificate and degree certificate are not submitted before the end of July 2022, the qualification for introduction will be cancelled.
