I. Introduction to the Center

Established in 2009, Shanghai Religious Culture Research Center of China Securities Regulatory Commission is a fully funded institution of Shanghai Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs.

The aim of the center is to build an innovative government think tank under the guidance of the basic principles of religious work in the new era, to form academic interaction with relevant groups, institutions and individuals at home and abroad through various academic activities, and to promote the establishment of a cross-disciplinary communication and interdisciplinary research platform.

On the basis of China religion, we should dig deep into the essence of religious culture, integrate all available resources, help the government make scientific decisions and improve the level of governance.

To this end, the center will carry out cooperation and exchanges with relevant research and teaching institutions, religious groups, think tanks and foundations at home and abroad through academic activities such as research, publication, conferences, awards and mutual visits.

Under the leadership of the research office, according to the annual research plan and the designated research direction, engage in scientific research related to religious research.

Mainly includes:

(1) Undertake research topics and write research reports;

(2) Focus on hot issues and write special reports;

(3) Pay attention to the theoretical frontier and publish research results;

(4) Attend academic meetings and write meeting minutes;

(5) Complete other work and scientific research tasks assigned by the leaders.

2. Recruitment objectives and conditions

(1) support the party's line, principles and policies, love social science research, and give priority to * * * party member;

(2) Postgraduates (including masters and doctors) majoring in literature and history such as religion or international politics, who have relevant work or overseas study experience, and whose research direction focuses on practical problems is preferred;

(3) Excellent academic performance, decent style and law-abiding;

(4) Good health, regardless of sex, under the age of 35;

(5) Good foreign language proficiency and fluent oral expression.

(6) Social workers from other provinces and cities must hold Shanghai residence permit (within the validity period) 1 year or more, and the calculation deadline is 65438+February 3, 20231.

Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Registration

Registration will be accepted from the date of publication to April 20, 2023.

Applicants should fill in the basic information form of the research staff of Shanghai Religious Culture Research Center in 2023 (click to download) and send the completed form, resume and related materials to our office or our email address.

(2) Qualification examination

In late April, according to the registration materials received, screening and qualification examination were conducted to determine the preliminary test list.

(3) initial examination and second interview evaluation

At the beginning of May, the preliminary examination was organized according to the requirements of the registration position.

In mid-May, organize a second interview according to the initial test.

(4) Physical examination

In late May, medical examiners will be determined according to the assessment.

The physical examination refers to the National General Physical Examination Standard for Civil Servants (Trial), and goes to the second-class medical institutions above Grade A in this area for physical examination.

(5) Investigation

At the beginning of June, those who passed the physical examination were investigated, mainly to examine the candidates' ideological and political quality, law-abiding, moral quality, integrity records and so on.

(6) Publicity

In mid-June, according to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, the candidates to be hired will be publicized on the websites of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Municipal Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs and this unit for no less than 7 days.

After publicity without objection, report to Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing.

If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, whether to employ or not shall be determined according to the verification results.
