Bohai Polytechnic Vocational College was founded by Hebei Zhongcheng Enterprise Group, approved by the people's government of Hebei Province, put on record by the Ministry of Education, and is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning with nationwide enrollment.

The college is located in the beautiful university town of Bohai New Area, bordering Bohai Sea and Beijing and Tianjin.
