The theater, chess room, mahjong room, script killer, secret room escape, KTV, Internet cafes and other cultural and entertainment places in the whole region, as well as public bathrooms, pedicure shops, nail salons, ear-digging shops and other unopened places, strictly implement the corresponding management measures in the Manual for the Prevention and Control of Normalized Epidemic in Zichuan District, and resume opening in an orderly manner.

Before opening, the relevant business units shall conduct a comprehensive disinfection of the business premises and organize employees to conduct a training on prevention and control knowledge. Strengthen the health management of employees, implement the requirements of nucleic acid detection in key places and key populations, and do a good job in the vaccination of employees in COVID-19. After the resumption of business, it is necessary to strictly implement the normalization prevention and control measures. The reception capacity on limited days shall not exceed 50% of the maximum carrying capacity. Arrange a special person at the entrance to take charge of temperature measurement, check the health code and travel code, scan the "place code", check the nucleic acid test records within 7 days, remind customers to wear masks, do personal protection, and keep a social distance of "one meter long". Business premises shall be regularly ventilated, disinfected and sterilized to keep the indoor environment clean and tidy.

Units that fail to implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control as required after the resumption of relevant services will be dealt with in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations and relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control, and measures such as public exposure, suspension of business for rectification and administrative punishment will be taken depending on the circumstances and impact.
