What do you mean by speaking good English? Recruiting units need corresponding professionals. You don't need a degree, but you can show me which specialized English courses you have taken, such as business English, medical English, foreign trade English, etc. If you speak English well, you can only express yourself fluently in English, but you are not qualified for this job. Just because we all speak Mandarin doesn't prove that we can be lawyers, doctors, secretaries, teachers and writers.
