To meet the legal early retirement age, men must be at least 55 years old and women must be at least 45 years old.

(3) Regarding the calculation of the converted payment period.

For those engaged in underground mining and high-temperature work, each year of work is converted into one year and three months of payment years; for those engaged in toxic and harmful work, each year of work is converted into one year and six months of payment years; for those engaged in high-altitude or high-altitude work, Heavy physical labor does not count.
