5. Organizing, binding, and archiving case file materials;

6. Other tasks assigned by prosecutors and assistant prosecutors transactional work.

3. Recruitment targets and conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

2. Have a college degree or above;

3. Under 35 years old (born on or after February 17, 1988), the usual place of residence is Hami City (including all districts and counties), no gender limit;

(4) The passing line for the written examination is determined by the Procuratorate Branch based on the candidates’ scores.

2. Practical operation

(1) Practical operation mainly tests the candidate’s computer shorthand ability and common office software operation level, with a full score of 100 points.

(2) Computer shorthand ability should be no less than 60 words/minute.

(3) The time, place and specific methods of the actual operation will be notified separately.

3. Interview

(1) The interview requirements are determined from high scores to low scores by those who have passed the written examination and above. The proportion of the number of people participating in the interview and the number of people in the recruitment plan is ultimately determined according to Registration status is confirmed.

For the exam, you must bring your admission ticket and valid ID card to attend the interview on time.

Candidates participating in the interview must arrive at the designated location 30 minutes before the formal interview.

The full score of the interview is 100 points. All interview questions will be answered in the national common script (Mandarin).

(2) Interview content The interview mainly examines the qualities and abilities of the candidates in terms of job ability, self-understanding, logical thinking, language expression, adaptability, behavior and appearance, etc.

(2) Physical examination

1. On the day of the physical examination, the staff of the Procuratorate Branch will lead the shortlisted candidates to the confirmed hospital for a physical examination. The time of the physical examination will be notified separately.

2. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant standards for civil servant recruitment.

The physical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

3. Based on the total score, the physical examination personnel will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruits. Those who fail the physical examination will be filled in order according to the overall score ranking.

(3) Inspection: Candidates who pass the physical examination will be inspected in accordance with regulations. Candidates must fill out the "Inspection Form for the Public Recruitment of Clerks of the Thirteenth Division Procuratorate System" and submit it to the Thirteenth Division Branch of the People's Procuratorate of the Corps Political Department.

Those who fail the inspection will be disqualified from employment, and the vacancies will be filled in order according to the total score of the position and will be inspected.

(4) After the public inspection, based on the total test scores, physical examination and inspection results, the list of personnel to be hired will be determined and publicized. The publicity period will be 5 working days.

(5) After the employment publicity period expires and there are no objections to the publicity results, the Party Committee of the 13th Division Procuratorate Branch will issue formal employment documents, go through the employment procedures, and sign an employment contract.

The probation period for employed personnel is one month. Those who fail to pass the assessment after the probation period will be disqualified from employment.

The qualified personnel will sign a one-year employment contract.

5. Remuneration guarantee
