If the graduation certificate is lost, it is necessary to provide the "Graduation Certificate" issued by the original graduation institution (original and two copies).

5. Academic Certification Report or Electronic Registration Form of Academic Certificate of the Ministry of Education. If it is a party school degree, it will provide the qualification certification of the party school of the provincial party Committee, and the returned students must provide the certificate of foreign academic degree certification issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education. The above materials are provided in two originals and copies.
