4. Purpose and significance of the activity:

In order to help graduates of our college actively face and solve employment problems, answer the various confusions they encounter in the job search process, and allow students in other grades to understand the workplace and job search process earlier, and truly know early, Prepare early to provide a platform and window for the majority of nursing school students to express themselves and communicate with each other.

(1). General arrangement of activities

Class registration - class preliminary competition - college level finals

(2). Activity process

1. Preliminary preparation and publicity (April 2010 April 19th - April 25th)

①Notify the squad leader of each participating class, who is responsible for class publicity work

②Production of banners, display board briefings and other publicity work (Propaganda Department)

2 Specific arrangements for the event

(1) Registration

1) Registration time: April 18-25, 2010

2) Registration method: Interested parties register with the class leader and fill out the registration form

(2) Preliminary Competition

The class committee of each class will serve as judges and recommend one student to participate in the finals.

3) Activities Target: 7 contestants who entered the finals

4) Activity description:

①Aims to examine the contestants’ on-site performance ability, adaptability, professionalism and psychological quality, focusing on the contestants’ Comprehensive quality ability.

②The interviewers will be 4-5 teachers from the human resources department of the regular hospital.

③Each contestant will give a self-statement of about 2 minutes based on his or her actual situation

⑤The interviewer will ask questions, and the time will be controlled to about 5 minutes.

5) Specific arrangements for the finals

①Application and layout of the venue

②Seven contestants signed in and took their places

③The judges take their seats

④The host introduces the judges, and introduces the theme of today’s interview and the purpose of the inspection

⑤The judges speak

⑥ Interviews will be conducted in order according to the order of the draw

⑦After the interview, the judges will discuss (within 5 minutes) and select the outstanding candidates.

⑧Selection criteria: Comprehensive quality of players (see attached table)

⑩Handling of unexpected situations:

a When multimedia equipment fails during use, contact the school management staff in a timely manner and make various flexible solutions.

If contestant B is unable to participate in this competition due to a temporary emergency, one number will be eliminated from the number.

c If the player with the lower number is in an emergency midway, he or she can exchange with the player with the higher number through the staff.
