The free education fees enjoyed will be refunded in one go, and a penalty of 50% of the fee will be paid; if the time limit is exceeded, a late fee of one thousandth per day will be paid.
Graduates who fail to fulfill the agreement and fail to return the free education fees they have enjoyed and pay liquidated damages and late fees as required, and who are already studying for a master's degree in education on the job, will have their student status revoked by the training school. If there are indeed special reasons for being unable to fulfill the agreement, the graduates of the free normal college shall apply to the education administrative department of the county (city, district) where their household registration is located, and then the county (city, district) education administration department, together with the finance and other departments at the same level, will apply step by step according to the procedures. Submit to the provincial education administrative department for approval.
