What level do Luoyang women and children belong to?

Luoyang Women and Children Health Care Center (formerly Luoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital) was established in 1953. It is the first three-level first-class specialized hospital for women and children in Henan province, which integrates systematic maternal and child health care, disease prevention, teaching and scientific research. It is the lead unit in the construction of maternal and child health care system in Luoyang, the sub-center of neonatal intensive care network in Henan Province, and the first prefecture-level maternal and child health care institution in the province to obtain the qualification to carry out IVF technology access.
