Shilong Town is located in the northeast of the city. Jurisdiction over 3 communities and 7 administrative villages. Communities include: Luzhong Community, Jinzhong Community and Xinglong Community; Administrative villages are: Zhongwei Village, Linwu Village, Xinwei Village, Puxi Village, Xihu Village, Wangwuzhou Village and Huangjiashan Village. After liberation, they were originally called cities, and changed to towns from 1950. 1997, with an area of 10 km2, a population of 63,400 and a foreign population of 1900. It has jurisdiction over three residential management areas in Jinzhong, Luzhong and Xinglong, and seven village management areas in Xihu, Zhongwei, Linwu, Puxi, Xinxu, Wuwang and Huangjiashan.
