On February 26th, 65438, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province issued the Notice on Further Optimizing the Real Estate Control Policy (F [2022] No.23) (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), saying that since the date of the Notice, new commercial housing and second-hand commercial housing have been built in Guancheng Street, Dongcheng Street, Cheng Nan Street, John Wan Street and Songshan Lake High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Dongguan City.

According to the notice, new commercial housing in other areas of Dongguan must be listed and traded for three years from the date of online signing and filing of commercial housing sales contracts, and the second-hand commercial housing will be suspended.

In fact, on July 4 this year, Dongguan made a round of adjustment to the restricted purchase area, narrowing the previous restricted purchase scope of the whole city to the above five areas, and suspending the restricted purchase policy in other areas. With the release of the above Notice, it also means that Dongguan has liberalized the housing purchase restriction.

Previously, Nanjing also had a similar operation to cancel the purchase restriction, but it still needs to submit the proof of residence for half a year.
