In principle, applicants are required to graduate from key national universities (“985” and “211” institutions). The first academic qualification requirement must be a full-time undergraduate graduate from a higher education institution. Applicants for teaching positions must have a doctoral degree or a degree in this discipline; applicants for counselors and professional and technical positions must have at least a graduate degree and a master's degree. 2. Foreign language proficiency requirements. The English proficiency of doctoral students must reach the national level CET-6 or above; the English proficiency of counselors and professional technical positions must reach the national level CET-4 or professional level CET-8 or above. 3. Age requirement. The age of doctoral graduates should not exceed 35 years old (born after January 1, 1978). For particularly outstanding doctoral graduates who are recognized by two peer professors of the school as having development potential, the age can be appropriately relaxed to 38 years old; the age of master's degree graduates No more than 26 years old (born after January 1, 1987). 4. Service length requirements. The service years are determined according to the school's "Regulations on Service Lengths", including 7 years for master's students, 10 years for doctoral students, and 12 years for postdoctoral students. At the same time, in order to maintain the proportion of staff structure and the stability of the team, accepted master's students are not allowed to apply within their service years. Change of employment position. 5. Other requirements. To apply for the position of student counselor, the political outlook is required to be a member of the Communist Party of China, have served as a major student cadre during undergraduate or master's studies, be familiar with students' ideological and psychological characteristics, and care for students. Application procedures (1) Registration time and method Registration time: Teacher positions can be applied for throughout the year without time limit; the deadline for registration for counselors and other professional and technical positions is December 18, 2012. There is no registration fee or examination fee for this open recruitment. 5. Examination methods and organization (1) Teacher position Trial lecture. Each department organizes experts to conduct a comprehensive ranking based on the applicants' major settings and major professional course results at the undergraduate and graduate levels, school awards, published papers, and project research, etc., and submit suitable candidates to the Personnel Office for review. (2) Counselor and professional technical positions The examination consists of two parts: trial lecture (written test) and interview. 1. written examination. The unified examination is organized by the Personnel Department. The qualifications of the interviewers will be reviewed before the exam. Candidates should bring their ID cards, graduation certificates, degree certificates, "Graduates' Two-Way Choice Employment Recommendation Form", "General College Graduates Employment Agreement" and other original materials according to the notice. Those who pass the review materials can take the written test. 2. interview. The interview will be conducted in accordance with the interview procedures established by the school. Interview results will be announced on the spot. (3) All recruitment work (from the registration deadline to the final appointment and announcement) shall be completed within 60 working days. 6. Physical examination, inspection and employment (1) After the examination, the candidate’s final score will be determined based on a clear score calculation method, and those who will participate in the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores in a 1:1 ratio to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position. When a vacancy occurs due to reasons such as failure to pass the physical examination, a one-time substitute can be substituted for the physical examination based on the number of recruits and the total score from high to low.
