In principle, applicants are required to graduate from key national universities (“985” and “211” institutions). The first academic qualification requirement must be a full-time undergraduate graduate from a higher education institution. Applicants for teaching positions must have a doctoral degree or a degree in this discipline; applicants for counselors and professional and technical positions must have at least a graduate degree and a master's degree. 2. Foreign language proficiency requirements. The English proficiency of doctoral students must reach the national level CET-6 or above; the English proficiency of counselors and professional technical positions must reach the national level CET-4 or professional level CET-8 or above. 3. Age requirement. The age of doctoral graduates should not exceed 35 years old (born after January 1, 1978). For particularly outstanding doctoral graduates who are recognized by two peer professors of the school as having development potential, the age can be appropriately relaxed to 38 years old; the age of master's degree graduates No more than 26 years old (born after January 1, 1987). 4. Service length requirements. The service years are determined according to the school's "Regulations on Service Lengths", including 7 years for master's students, 10 years for doctoral students, and 12 years for postdoctoral students. At the same time, in order to maintain the proportion of staff structure and the stability of the team, accepted master's students are not allowed to apply within their service years. (2) Counselor and professional technical positions The examination consists of two parts: trial lecture (written test) and interview. 1. written examination. Physical examination, inspection and employment (1) After the examination, the candidate’s final score will be determined based on a clear score calculation method, and those who will participate in the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores in a 1:1 ratio to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position. When a vacancy occurs due to reasons such as failure to pass the physical examination, a one-time substitute can be substituted for the physical examination based on the number of recruits and the total score from high to low.
