How to apply for Hunan Yizhang Hong Kong and Macao Pass?

The Hong Kong and Macao Pass shall be handled at the exit-entry administration department of the public security bureau where the citizen is located or the exit-entry administration department of the branch office where the household registration is located. I should provide my household registration book and its copy, ID card and its copy, and a 2-inch half-length bareheaded digital photo. Everything needs to be copied first except photos. What are the requirements for handling Hong Kong and Macao Pass? Mainland residents under any of the following circumstances may apply to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at or above the county level where their permanent residence is located for a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao:

(1) Mainland spouses of persons who have settled in Hong Kong or Macao and their accompanying children under the age of 18 need to go to Hong Kong or Macao to reunite with their families.

(2) A child with China nationality born to a China citizen among Hong Kong and Macao residents in the Mainland, whose parents or one of them have obtained permanent resident status in Hong Kong or Macao according to law at the time of birth and need to settle in Hong Kong or Macao.

(3) Parents who are under the age of 18 and need to take refuge in Hong Kong or Macao.

(4) 18 years old, under 60 years old, parents have settled in Hong Kong or Macao, and no children are in Hong Kong or Macao, all of whom are over 60 years old and need their care.

(5) Children over 60 years of age who have no children in the Mainland and need to take refuge in Hong Kong or Macao/kloc-children over 0/8 years of age.

(six) special circumstances need to settle in Hong Kong or Macao. Passports and Hong Kong and Macao passes are handled in the service hall of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Public Security Bureau at or above the county level.

The procedure is as follows:

Article 5 A citizen of China who leaves the country for personal reasons may apply to the public security organ of the city or county where the registered permanent residence is located, except in the circumstances specified in Article 8 of this Law.

(1) Defendants and criminal suspects in criminal cases identified by public security organs or people's procuratorates and people's courts;

(two) the people's court informed that there are unresolved civil cases that cannot leave the country;

(3) Being sentenced to a penalty and serving a sentence.

(4) Being reeducated through labor;

(five) the relevant competent authorities of the State Council believe that leaving the country will endanger national security or cause great losses to national interests.

Article 10 Citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region, and citizens of China who travel between Taiwan Province Province, shall apply for a pass according to law and abide by the relevant provisions of this Law.
