1. Organization of the Examination

II. Examination Settings

The second-level construction engineer qualification examination consists of three sections: "Construction Engineering Construction Management", "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge", and "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" If you pass 3 examination subjects (level is general subject) within two consecutive years, you can obtain the second-level construction engineer qualification certificate. Candidates who apply for additional majors take the "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" subject examination. If they pass the exam-oriented subjects that year, they can obtain the additional professional certificate.

Those who have obtained the second-level construction engineer qualification in a certain profession can choose to apply for the "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" subject examination in another profession based on actual work needs. There is no need to provide the main certificate when registering for the additional exam.

The two subjects of "Construction Engineering Management" and "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" are objective questions. Use a 2B pencil to answer the questions on the answer sheet; the "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" subject includes construction engineering, There are 6 majors: Highway Engineering, Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Mining Engineering, Municipal Public Engineering, and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The test paper includes subjective questions and objective questions. 3. Registration time and process

(1) Registration time. Applicants must log on to the Xinjiang Personnel Examination Center website (www.xjrsks.com.cn) to register. The registration and payment period is from 10:00 on August 10 to August 25, 2020. The registration deadline is at 19:00 on August 25. Payment ends at 23:00. Applicants must register and pay online within the specified time. Late registration will not be accepted. Payment is made online and there are no on-site charges. (2) User registration. Applicants must log in to the Xinjiang Personnel Examination Center website (www.xjrsks.com.cn) to enter the "Online Registration" and follow the online prompts to truthfully and accurately fill in the registration information and the "2020 Second-level Construction Engineer Qualification Examination Registration Form". If the applicant conceals relevant information or provides false materials, the applicant shall bear all consequences.

(3) Upload photos. Before first-time applicants upload photos, they should download the photo review and processing tool (download URL: www.cpta.com.cm) and use this software to review and process photos. Only registration photos that pass review and are saved can be recognized by the registration platform. Applicants should take a recent half-length, 1-inch, front-facing ID photo with a white background. The registration photo will be used in the admission ticket, examination room seating chart, certificate, and certificate query authentication system. Applicants should choose carefully when uploading photos.

(4) Confirm the registration information. After the applicants fill in the relevant information, the system generates the electronic text of the "Registration Commitment System Notifying the Proof of Registration for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination". The applicant must sign (submit) the application commitment letter himself, and no other commitment is allowed. The electronic text of the application commitment letter can be downloaded and saved.

Once the registration information is confirmed, applicants will not be able to modify the registration information again. Applicants should carefully check the entered information.

(5) Qualification review. According to the notification requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security’s “Implementation Plan for the Pilot System of Notification and Commitment of Registration Certification Matters for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination” (Human Examination Center Letter [2019] No. 26), there will be no qualification review before this exam. (7) Issuance of invoices. Applicants who need to issue invoices in Urumqi must, after successful payment, bring their ID cards and registration forms to the Autonomous Region Personnel Examination Center to check the payment records before issuing invoices before December 1, 2020. Applicants who need to issue invoices in other prefectures and cities must, after successful payment, bring the registration form to the examination center of the local state or city Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to register and apply before November 20, 2020.

7. Charging standards

8. Precautions
