1. The interview includes two parts: professional test (100) and structured interview (100). The score ratio is 6:4, and the total score of the interview is 100.

2. The professional test is a computer test, and the test is randomly selected according to the characteristics of each position.

3. Only candidates with a professional test score of not less than 60 points can participate in the structured interview. Each position is ranked from high to low according to the professional test scores, and the structured interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:5. If the number of people is less than the specified proportion, a structured interview will be conducted according to the actual number.

4. Applicants must provide their ID card, Beijing household registration book, graduation certificate, degree certificate and professional and technical post qualification certificate when attending the interview. All the above documents must be original, and those who lack the above documents are not allowed to participate in the interview.
