1. Introduction plan
It is planned to introduce one person, whose position will be engaged in technical services for water conservancy project planning and construction at the Hexian Water Conservancy Project Dispatching Center.
2. Introduction objects

3. Basic qualifications

IV. Introduction Procedure
1. On-site registration. This introduction will be conducted through on-site registration. The introduction working group has set up a registration point at the Organization Department (Room 816) of Hexian County Party Committee to accept registration materials and consultation on site. 2. Qualification review. After the registration is completed, the introduction working group will conduct a centralized qualification review of the applicants, and the results of the review will be notified to the applicants. In order to ensure that the information of applicants is true, accurate and effective, the qualification review will always run through the entire introduction process. Anyone who commits fraud, conceals important information, or is inconsistent with the application qualifications will be disqualified from examination, employment and other qualifications once verified.
3. Interview. The introduction of talents this time will be based on merit selection through interviews, using structured interviews.
Interview time and location: The introduction working group will inform the interviewees in advance by phone or text message of the specific time and location. Applicants participating in the interview must bring their original ID cards to the interview.
The interview mainly tests the applicant’s logical thinking ability, communication and coordination ability, adaptability, psychological quality, knowledge and other factors. The total interview score is 100 points. If the actual number of people participating in the interview is equal to the planned number of positions, the interview examiner group will collectively judge whether it meets the introduced qualification level requirements and make a "yes" or "no" conclusion. After the interview, candidates for physical examination will be determined in order of interview scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:1 to the planned number of recruitment positions. If there are candidates with the same interview scores for the same position, physical examination candidates will be determined in order of academic qualifications from high to low. Candidate. 5. Physical examination and inspection
The physical examination and inspection work is jointly organized and implemented by the Organization Department of Hexian County Party Committee, Hexian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Hexian Water Conservancy Bureau.
The physical examination standards refer to the relevant contents of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the National Civil Service Bureau's "Revision of the General Standards for the Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)) and the Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" Notice" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140) and the "Notice on Further Regulating the Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in the Province" (Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and Provincial Department of Health) [2013] No. 208) and other relevant regulations shall be implemented. Those who pass the physical examination will enter the inspection process.
The content of the inspection is mainly to comprehensively understand the ideological and political, moral character, compliance with laws and regulations, professional ability, work performance (academic performance) and whether there is a need to avoid the candidates.
If there are vacancies due to inspections and physical examinations, in accordance with the prescribed procedures and time limits, applicants for the same position will be filled in equal amounts according to interview scores from high to low. The inspections and physical examinations will only be filled once each. After the announcement of the list of personnel to be hired, there will be no further fill-ins.
6. Decision to introduce, publicize and sign the agreement
For the personnel to be introduced who have passed the inspection and physical examination, the Organization Department of the County Party Committee, together with the County Party Committee Office and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, will propose a list of introductions , reported to the county talent work leading group for review and approval. The personnel to be introduced who have passed the examination will be publicized on the Hexian County People's Government website for 7 days.
If there is no objection after public announcement or the public announcement result does not affect the introduction, it will be determined as the target of introduction, and a talent introduction and employment agreement (contract) will be signed with the introduction unit. The probation period will be one year, and the probation period will be included in the employment contract period. Within the period, the minimum employment contract period is five years.
