No, Huajin Group did not acquire Bora Group. Huajin Group is a private enterprise in Panjin City, Liaoning Province, located in Liaodong Bay New District, Panjin City. Bora Group is an oil refining enterprise, which has nothing to do with PetroChina's oil production business. Its business is similar to that of China Ordnance Group located in Panjin City. It is expected to be owned by China Ordnance Group or Panjin Petrochemical Company, but it can't be owned by PetroChina, let alone Liaohe Oilfield. It won't make any difference.
