Have interview experience in foreign companies, such as Maxwell company.

I submitted my resume in June and the evaluation center at the end of August found that Bosch is very nice and the recruitment organization is very strict, just like the style of German enterprises. No matter what my grades are, I still have a good impression on Bosch. So I want to share the whole process with you, hoping to help those brothers and sisters who want to join Bosch (the second round of CNTP is under recruitment) and help you know more about Bosch.

My electrical surface

I voted online at the end of June, and one day in July, I suddenly got a call from my sister hr, probably asking me some questions. Mainly around personal information, such as education, work status, career planning and so on. I made a joke at that time, probably because I didn't wake up after a nap. Haha, hr asked me why I left my present company. I said, because my current company is German-funded, the corporate culture is very conservative, and I hope to develop faster on a larger platform. At that time, it was estimated that hr's sister was sweating directly, saying that you forgot that Bosch was also German-funded and its corporate culture was very strict. Haha, I was ashamed at once. However, my mentality is very stable, and I don't care so much. I am so nervous all over. I think this mentality is very important. If you pay special attention, you will be very nervous during the interview, which is likely to affect your performance. Therefore, showing your true self is easier said than done. When looking for a job, the mentality is still very important: try your best, be calm, not nervous and demanding, but work hard and go all out to show your true self! Thanks to this mentality, my conversation with my sister hr is very relaxed. The second half of the interview was in English. I asked some basic questions, such as your personal hobbies, and introduced your current company. It's probably finished. I also asked hr what shortcomings she felt when I applied for this position. Hr said frankly that there may be some problems in the matching degree between my career planning and this project, because it is a bit vague together. After the meeting, I sorted out my thoughts, focused on this question that she had doubts about, and wrote a cover letter to her again. It can be seen that it is very important to relax communication with hr, and you can also use combination boxing in the interview. For example, if I add an explanation letter afterwards, there will undoubtedly be a greater chance of success.

About half a month after we met, I received a phone call from my sister hr. By the way, this sister HR is very nice, has no shelf, and speaks very kindly. Of course, this is a two-sided thing. It takes a day to go to Bosch as an evaluation center. I felt very good at that time, and it was a good opportunity to challenge myself. In my present company, when I am promoted to middle and senior management, the evaluation center is essential. There is about half a month's preparation time during this period. A few days after the notice, an invitation letter was sent to my mailbox. I was surprised when I received it. Although it is a bit slow, Bosch's work is really rigorous, which is beyond my imagination. The invitation letter introduces the interview process in great detail, as well as the possible problems in the middle, the information of emergency contacts, and even includes a detailed map to the factory, in English and pdf format. This is indeed the first time I have seen a company do such a good job in an interview. I can't help but praise one. This is also in line with the German work style.

Before going to the interview, I called my sister hr and asked some detailed questions. My sister hr also told me some basic components of the interview that day. So it is also very important to keep in touch with relevant recruiters.

With full confidence and the purpose of showing my true self, I am moving forward. I met my sister hr and her colleagues who have been in contact by phone. They are all very nice people and make people feel very kind, so I have always had a good impression on Bosch.

The whole examination will last for one day, which is roughly divided into: introduction of Bosch by senior executives, factory visit, 5-minute self-introduction, group discussion, lunch, impromptu speech, folder test and personality test. The whole course is in English, and this project has high requirements for candidates. It can be seen that Bosch still attaches great importance to this project and gives high hopes.

1. Executives introduce Bosch.

Step 2 visit the factory

After the interview, everyone will have 2-3 observers to follow you all the way, observe your performance and take notes. These observers are basically at the director level. Bosch was considerate and prepared many snacks in the lounge. Personally, I feel that these are specially prepared.

Step 3 introduce yourself

4. Group discussion

5. Lunch

6, impromptu speech

It lasted all day, and all the materials were communicated in English. In the past, people thought it was difficult. In fact, as long as you are confident, you find that it is not as difficult as you think. Because the candidates are all from China, and everyone has the same English thinking mode, communication is relatively simple.
