I don't remember the numbers here. This is also my first time to attend a group meeting, and I'm still a little nervous. The interview is like this. Everyone writes his name on his chest with a note for interview management. Then everyone introduced themselves for a minute and a half. After meeting so many companies, I have become proficient, but I still haven't grasped the time and finished it. Most people in the back have made such mistakes, so I suggest that comrades who are going to interview in the future can practice more time-limited projects. After that, everyone wrote a speech topic on the note and collected it, which disrupted the time for everyone to take a speech topic for 3 minutes. The topic I drew is very abnormal, "Hero", I don't know who wrote it, but it's difficult anyway, hehe. But I feel good about myself. The main idea is that modern heroes should sharpen their teeth without showing their faces. The interviewer nodded several times. This kind of interview, I think it is necessary to reach a tacit understanding, don't ask too difficult questions, it is also difficult for yourself to embarrass others.
On the one hand, people will not be eliminated. There will be two parties in the afternoon, and the two parties will have a group meeting. There will be 10 people at a time, and the debate will be divided into two groups. Before the debate, the materials will be discussed in groups and a main debater will be selected. This kind of interview has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that there are more opportunities to perform, and the disadvantage is that it is difficult and easy to make mistakes. Discussion is also an examination item, and the interviewer will observe your performance in the discussion. In the discussion, don't let others talk, you can't talk all the time, and you can't say nothing. I played the role of organizer in the discussion, collecting everyone's opinions, properly expounding my own opinions and summarizing everyone's opinions. A girl in our group insisted on being the main debater, and several graduate students and I readily agreed. During the debate, I mainly sat inside and fought back when I found the loopholes in the other side, and my performance was still very good. On the contrary, it is the girl who wants to stand out from the crowd. She didn't finish the task of arguing well and made many mistakes.
After two sides, the remaining half. According to my observation, all of them are very sophisticated. There are few strong ones left, and some are very powerful, hehe. The three parties are still a group, and the project analysis is also a group of five people. Firstly, the project is studied and discussed, and at the same time, the role is assigned, and the project manager and various roles are selected. Then the project manager 1 minute and a half will make a statement on the division of labor and overall arrangement of the project, and then the heads of each part will make a statement on their work plans for one minute. I can't remember why I became a project manager now. Maybe when discussing with me, I still adopted the strategy of being an organizer. It is very difficult to be a project manager because the team members don't know each other because they have no previous experience in project analysis. 1.5 minutes is too difficult to explain all the problems (it is strongly not recommended to be a project manager). I didn't play well, so I naturally lost the election after three rounds.

When I knew there was one-on-one around me, I couldn't sit still any longer and decided to be king. Bullying the face is easier than I thought. I just went to the hrmm who was in charge of signing in during the interview and told her that I wanted a chance to let the company know me better. Hrmm said happily that it can be arranged if time permits. Fortunately, I came early, so my friends behind me were not so lucky. When all the people on the list were finished, I confidently walked into the interview room, with two tables, hrmm in front, two bosses in the back, and the boss's face in front. I told all the bosses what I should say. The bosses are very grateful. The questions are all old ones, such as your strengths and weaknesses. What do you think is your biggest failure? The only question I am not prepared for is what is the success factor. My answer is: correctly judge the problems you face and do the right thing. After that, go to the front desk and talk to hrmm about some requirements about signing a contract and working, such as your family situation, workplace requirements and so on.

Generally speaking, Emerson's recruitment is still very good and atmospheric, but the group face is a little uncomfortable, so it is recommended to prepare in advance.
