Putushui Village, Wutuan Town, Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, is located on the mountainside of Nanshan Mountain, the beautiful "first grassland in the south", in the center of Liangjiang Canyon National Forest Park, Jintongshan National Nature Reserve and nanshan pasture Eco-tourism Economic Belt, and is the only place for the tourist line of Nanshan Scenic Area.

However, it is such a small village with only four villagers' groups, 430 people and more than 95% of the Miao population, but it is still living in poverty with a golden rice bowl, and 46 households 188 people are accurately identified as poverty alleviation targets. The village collective economy is almost zero, and the rural infrastructure is backward. Four groups are scattered on both sides of the canyon, and transportation still depends on pulling horses by hand. Farmland water conservancy facilities are backward, mostly for irrigation. In less than three years, the village has taken on a brand-new look since the Hunan Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) launched the assistance work in the village on 20 15.

At present, Pushui Village has formed 16 sub-projects, such as Jinyuzhai tourism project, special planting and breeding project, photovoltaic industry, etc. Each sub-project is headed by an able person, and all 40 poor households in the village participate. Among them, only 60 kilowatts of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects bring nearly 50 thousand yuan of income to the village collective every year. However, when these projects were first released, almost no one cared.

Last year, when the resident team of CCPIT proposed to develop an ecological chicken scale farming industry in the village, no one came to register for a month. "Joint farms have to pay a deposit of 30,000 yuan. Everyone was scared at that time. What if they can't sell like tomatoes? Two children at home, one in college and one in high school, really can't afford to lose. " Qin Weihe expressed his worries at that time.

"In order to dispel the concerns of the villagers, we cooperated with large-scale breeding companies, and they sent breeding technicians to teach the villagers chicken-raising techniques for free all the year round. Secondly, we contacted the market. In order to reassure farmers to raise chickens, we finally implemented the bargain-hunting model. Every time a farmer raises a chicken, the cooperative company guarantees a profit of 6 yuan. " Feng Jun said.

After repeated persuasion and policy support, Qin Weihe was moved, but he still hesitated. Finally, he asked Feng Jun to sign the agreement and share the risks. In this way, it has now become the largest standardized chicken farm in Chengbu County, and has been waiting for the first breeding partner. For the first time, Qin Weihe borrowed 30,000 yuan and raised 4,000 feather chickens. Five months later, all the adult chickens were sold out, and Qin Weihe earned more than 20,000 yuan at a time. The news of Qin Wei and raising chickens to make money spread like wildfire, and people who have been watching came to sign up for raising chickens.

"After making achievements, the work in the village is much easier to do. Now as long as a new henhouse comes out, the villagers are waiting in line to sign up. " Feng Jun said: "In order to enrich the sales channels, we have also set up an e-commerce platform in the village."

In 20 16, the provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade successfully introduced 500 million yuan to develop and construct the "Jinyu Miao Village" tourism project in Pawushui Village. This project has been listed as a key construction project in Hunan Province on 20 16.

"The project will build a scenic spot with a brand-new concept of tourism, environmental protection and ecology, preserve the original ecological environment of the scenic spot, create a distinctive ethnic customs experience zone, attract more people to Chengbu, and let them experience and feel the ethnic customs."
