4. Newly-hired doctoral staff fill in the Basic Information Card for Faculty and Staff of Henan University, the Resume of Cadres and the Registration Form for Employed Personnel of Provincial Institutions in Henan Province, and submit it after logging in to the personnel management and service system to improve their personal information.

5. The doctoral staff who come to the school will submit the Notice of Staff Transfer of Henan University, the Basic Information Card of Staff of Henan University, the Resume of Cadres, the Registration Form of Employees Employed by Provincial Institutions in Henan Province and the post certificate issued by the Special Functional Materials Laboratory (School of Materials) to the Personnel Department (Personnel Section).
