Blackwater Group has people from China. Eric prince, the founder of Blackwater, a private security service provider in the United States, plans to set up two training bases in Xinjiang and Yunnan, China, to train civilian security personnel for China and serve the overseas interests of China enterprises along the Belt and Road.
