(3) Physical examination and assessment

After the interview, the candidate’s total score will be calculated based on the proportion of written test score accounting for 40% and interview score accounting for 60%. If the total scores are tied, the one with the higher interview score will be ranked first; if the interview scores are still tied, a defense test will be added to determine the order. According to the 1:1 ratio of the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position, the candidates for the physical examination are sorted from high scores to low scores to determine the physical examination candidates.

The physical examination standards and items shall be implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)" (Guangdong People's Social Development [2010] No. 382). The physical examination time will be determined separately and candidates will be notified. Candidates are responsible for their own expenses.

Those who pass the physical examination will be assessed in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Public Recruitment Personnel Inspections in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)" (Guangdong People's Social Security Bureau [2010] No. 276). If the candidate fails the physical examination or assessment, candidates will be replaced in order from high score to low score according to the candidate's total test score.

5. Publicity and Employment

The list of candidates who have passed the physical examination will be publicized. If there is no objection to the publicity results, the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
