Basic conditions for registration

(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China, and support the Communist Party of China Communist Party leadership and the socialist system.

(2) Have good conduct and professional ethics.

(3) Have the physical conditions and psychological qualities required for the normal performance of job responsibilities, love education, and have the basic qualities and educational and teaching abilities of teachers.

(4) The recruitment targets are graduates in 2023 (including those who obtained foreign (overseas) academic degrees in 2022, excluding orientation students and commissioned trainees).

For ordinary college graduates in 2021 and 2022, if they have not yet confirmed their work unit [must meet the following conditions: they have not signed a labor (employment) contract with the employer or have no de facto labor relationship, and have not If the employer participates in social insurance in the name of the unit, its file relationship is still retained in the original school of graduation, or in the graduate employment authorities at all levels (graduate employment guidance service center), talent exchange service agencies and public employment service agencies, and Those who have graduated from abroad (overseas) in the same period and have completed academic qualification certification but have not yet confirmed their work unit can register as graduates in 2023.

(5) Meet the corresponding age, education and degree requirements: 18 years old and above, 35 years old and below (that is, born between April 1, 1987 and March 31, 2005). Applicants must have the academic qualifications and degrees required by the "Position List". When registering on-site, graduates in 2023 will provide the "Graduate Two-way Choice Employment Recommendation Form" and "Graduate Employment Agreement" stamped by the employment authority of the school where they are located, but they must obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate before August 31, 2023. Applicants with foreign (overseas) academic degrees must obtain a foreign (overseas) academic degree certification issued by the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center before August 31, 2023.

(6) Hold the corresponding teacher qualification certificate (2023 graduates must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate before August 31, 2023).

(7) Possess other qualifications required in the "Position List" (see attachment). Professional conditions are set by the Suining County Education Bureau with reference to the "Jiangsu Province Civil Servants Professional Reference Catalog for Recruitment in the 2023 Examination".

(8) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply: active military personnel; non-2023 graduates from ordinary colleges and universities; those who have not been relieved of disciplinary sanctions or are undergoing disciplinary review; those whose criminal punishment period has not expired ; Persons who are under investigation for suspected violations of laws and crimes; "Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management of Public Institutions" specify positions that should be avoided; "Regulations on the Protection of Minors in Schools" and other relevant laws, regulations or superior policies require that the teaching profession is not allowed; National Persons who are not allowed to apply for relevant positions in public institutions according to provincial regulations.
